Look up the number of rail employees who were involved in the passenger business in say 1950,
multiply that by current wage and benefit numbers and tell me where the money is coming from. I
net just over 45% of my paycheck gross, work 55-60 hours per week-every week and probably pay
more in taxes than a lot of the people in this group make. I'm not bragging or even complaining
but I'd sure like to see the rest of the 50% not paying anything contribute a bit more. You'll
never get your dreams bleeding us to death, that's for sure, you'll see civil war first.
