There you go again, speaking in cloudy terms; which herds are you talking about? The liberal herd or the conservative herd? Every side has a herd, the question is: which herd do you belong to.

I was on a real "shovel ready" project, updating a major interstate in Chicago. From my point of view, useful work because the work was accessible to anyone driving in Chicago.
