So far it seems to be two feed mills in Petaluma and Standard Structures in Windsor. Standard Structures it working with another lumber company for them to use SS spur. Other spur(s) have been in the works for three years according to an article. It is likely that new business will develop from the dozen or so businesses. Fuel is just getting too high. Add to that driver shortage, and companies wanting to go green.
