You can do what I do - just make up some email address [it doesn't have to be valid] and then fill in the other personal info with such as; "Date Born" put 1901 [or how ever old or young you want to be - make it over 18 though] and whatever sex you want to be and if you put you live in Canada or Mexico it let's you right in, no need to know what state you live in. This kind of info will really mess up their "Readers Statistics"

This works most of the time - if it's more complicated than that - it's not worth reading their news. The WWW is a big place you can probably find it somewhere else.
