California Zephyr timekeeping

I've noticed that the westbound California Zephyr has been running around 12-13 hours late the last few days, for example #5 that originated Tuesday 8/22 is showing as left Green River, UT this morning at 6:22am, over 12 hours late. Wednesdays #5 is running 9 hours late and hasn't even got to Omaha this morning as I write this (schedule would have it there last night). I know that Midwest flooding has really hurt timekeeping this summer, but does anyone happen to know if this is still what is keeping the Zephyr running so late? Or is there some other reason?
