I was with Billy Goat, and read the same legal notice at the same time as he did.
1. Billy Goat was just repeating the information on the notice.
2. It was a public notice, with the first page laminated and posted on the door of the hotel, and the complete notice stuffed beside the doorknob.
3. Billy Goat and I are just railfans who happened to see the notice when railfanning Skykomish. We have no interests in, or relationship with, the Skykomish Hotel, the Town of Skykomish or anything else, other than both being residents of King County.

Cascade Hiker can go read the notice himself. It is out there in public. Billy Goat just posted the information contained in the notice because it is of interest to those anyone interested in GN history. Neither of us has any axes to grind.
