Because the REST of the country does change its clocks, there is an Amtrak schedule change at that time, for all Arizona stations on both routes; the scheduled times become one hour later. The train is supposed to hold at Kingman for an hour; apparently it didn't; although the Train Status page at amtrak.com doesn't indicate that, there may be some doubt about those figures. NO times were entered for Williams Jct. and Flagstaff; that is VERY unusual. Passengers in a Grand Canyon Ry. van were left behind at Williams Jct.; fourteen passengers had not even arrived at Flagstaff yet, when the train departed.

There is some more information about what happened between Flagstaff and Winslow, where the passengers finally boarded the train; that is still being developed. After Winslow, the train apparently did run on the correct schedule.
