Train #4 should have arrived Kingman by 1:30am Arizona Time, prior to the time change which takes place at 2:00am. So waiting at Kingman makes no sense. They also can't block grade crossings longer than ten minutes by Arizona law which is an issue at Kingman.

This problem is about to happen all over again because Amtrak screwed up the times in the new timetable effective today. They forgot to adjust all stations one hour later in Arizona. Note 69 in the square box makes this worse, claiming trains will depart one hour earlier beginning next March.
