My original "Book of Rules" (I still have it) will fit in a shirt pocket.

It measures 4 1/2 x 7 3/4 inches and is 218 pages long including the index.

It was not wirtten by attorneys of do-gooder know-nothing beauracrats, it was written by menw who knew railroading from the top down.

Also in the "Book' are every conceiveble form of train order imaginable to cover all unimaginable situations.

What we have here is the government wants to help us understand what we have been doing for over 150 years.

I would encourage all to give deep and considerate thought to the upcoming 2012 elections is you like ot see this sort of BS continue or possibly put a stop to it.

Way too many attorneys with nothign else but time on their hands.

My rant, I'm done, I come for a past generation of Rails who knew what was what and so-forth who would have tossed the author(s) of this blather out on their ears (and butts) had they seen this.
