So Coleman-- Why are you out wandering around late at night "just waiting (per chance) for another incident" in Davis on your favorite carrier, the UPRR ??

Also, do you chase fire engines and ambulances as well ??

Here is a situation, (an emergency), with probably very sad endings and emergency personnel have responded as they should. And COLEMAN RANDALL (of all the people in the World) is out there asking a Davis Police Officer questions... WHY ???
Can't you stay home and read the newspaper the next morning ?? Stay clear of these "incidents" Coleman, please, and let emergency personnel tend to the needy.
