when we started having problems in '98 with creek washing out part of the bank under our track, we put basket with boulders in it to divert the erosion. it worked until a state agency saw it an we were given a choice of remove it or go to jail...... shortly there after we lost eighty feet of track in a washout.

so much for doing work with out permit.

just happy to be able to run our steam engines on the line again....
