Sunday 12-18-2011

At 18:00 hrs CST, a UPRR track inspector was groping in the dark and negotiating with DS-12 for T&T to put up boards to establish the limits of a mainline (old C&NWRR) speed restriction.

By 18:30 hrs, he was done, the boards were up.

After that came the trains. Per DS-12 the Maximum speed limit through the speed restriction was 60 MPH!
