Guess I was in a whimsical mood when I threw this thing out...

1. The fact that the Track Inspector was out on a Sunday at 18:00 hours, in the dark and cold...
2. The fact that the speed limit was 60 mph; I pictured a slow order speed limit of maybe 25 mph...
3. I was bored...
