I don't know if BNSF still keeps a big hook in Interbay ( Seattle ), however they do have a highway legal hi - rail crane of at least 50 ton capacity stationed @ Interbay car shops. I just saw it last week, heading North on Interstate 5 between Tacoma & Seattle. Perhaps it was being borrowed by Tacoma car shops...
