A unit that's been assigned a UP number but has not physically been restenciled at the time the roster was last updated has its UP number shown in parentheses in Don's rosters. You can look through it here and find other examples: [utahrails.net]

In the case of the SP343, if you go to the link I provided in my previous post, you'll see that it is one of the handful of units that have not had UP numbers assigned (no number in parentheses in the left-hand column), although they will at some point.
