The Odd Pale Orange Colored BNSF Dash 9 Locomotive 4472 Question???

It seems from time to time appearing in online photos and on the tracks in my prsence there is this odd colored BNSF Dash 9 4472 Locomotive that is Pale Orange in color unlike the rest of the Dash 9's or others in BNSF's Fleet. How did this locomotive ever obtain such faded colors? Are there any others painted like it currently in the BNSF Fleet?
