Why would you go to Costco, Walgreens, Walmart and etc. for custom fotos?

They staff and price for bulk/mass production orders. From my experience with Walgreens, if you are dealing with family fotos, the service is great.

But, the people behind the counter are teenagers, or civil engineers put out to pasture, they are not people trained/equipped to handle special orders, and certainly not at $0.19/print.

You can bring all the density guides you want, I doubt very much that the counter people know/or care what you are talking about.
