We were still bogged down in Viet Nam, the terms "Watergate" and "Your president is not a crook" yet to enter our lexicon, SP SD45 #8890 (with its "L" shaped windshield) was leading the way, with the April 1972 version of the Reno Fun Train as it approached Switch 9.
