Your little railroad is just fine. The folks at Rail America need to be held accountable. U don't abandon a rr w/o 1st working with the local community. Rail America's owner Fortress has over $450 million in citizens of Oregon's pensions and u should demand some dialogue. They are trying to get the state to put up some $$. What they have done is criminal. Innocent people losing jobs. The industry along the line needs to unite behind one voice and pressure the state investment director to get Fortress to back down.

The congressman needs to pressure the investment guy in the state. $450 million in equity is huge and the threat of losing it would get the attention of Fortress's management. Fortress is hiding behind Rail America.
