Quinn...You are right...we have too many cry babies..moaning about the the sound of the trains...In richmond...the BNSF can't blow their horns for the street crossing...but at night and even in the day you hear gun shots..but thats O.K..there are many retirement homes that have been built close to the tracks and they cry about the sound of the crossing gates making noise and the trains blowing for the crossings....It would sure help if these clowns would do their investations before moving into or bulding next to the rails.....The horns are for every bodies protection...
