Reminds me of a spectactular section of Mexican mountain grade (might even be the same one) that Pentrex did a video on about 20 years ago, climbing inland from the Gulf. Why this kind of photography and foreign subject matter doesn't get into the pages of Trains magazine just baffles me. A number of well-known photog/authors who have been long-time contributors to THE magazine of railroading couldn't even get them to accept their stories on locations from Australia to South America to Africa. So many great places like this waiting to be explored. Won't be seeing any of it in print, so it's either see it in person, or see it online.
