Rockhill's website:

Their plow #9 is a rotary brush from DC. Double ended. Photo shows it in operation. WOW

Plow #10, P&W, has fixed blades, double ended, pushing to the right.

My first bet is that ST will rely on continued operation of trains; hi-rail maintenance trucks with plows; complemented by grunts, shovels and barn-brooms for the switch points.

There are many transit operations in in-temperant climes. Suggest visiting "out behind" their shops.
