Just to let you guys know, the official opening (or inaugural run) for the LA Metro Expo Line is set for April 28,2012. This is the old Santa Monica AirLine that at one time operated from Butte St. (Los Angeles, CA. 25th and Alameda)to Santa Monica, and later years (1968 I believe) from the 8th and Hooper yard in Los Angeles.
