BNSF is handling the detours. Some via Seattle-Vancouver, BC; some via Whitefish-Shelby-Sweetgrass. I've seen a few UP's still using UP track Spokane-Sandpoint since the derailment, but haven't been completely on top of it the past 48 hours to know whether anything is moving via BNSF Spokane-Sandpoint.
