Yes, of course. The forensics in the novel have to be accurate. The cars will have to be stored for a couple of years, and some of them will be ready for the scrapper. Thanks for reminding me.

By the way, Mary Roach's "Stiff" -- about what happens to bodies -- features the Body Farm in a big way. It's a very funny as well as enlightening book, but I had to avoid reading it just before a meal.
