Brian,

The biofuel plant planned for Watsonville is a real game changer. I hear 1,000 carloads a year are projected. I also heard that two weeks after Mike Hart abandoned the Santa Cruz Branch Line Sierra Northern had a customer request to store enough cars to fill up the line to Davenport. Combined with carloads for Terminal Freezer, Americold, Del Mar Foods and Big Creek Lumber, that kind of revenue would have put the Santa Cruz Branch Line in the black.
