Mr. Kelly is correct. Been to school on all the PTC crap. It was a poorly written law written on the spur of the moment by a group of lawmakers that didn't know what they were doing, helped by a bunch of consultants that were probably fired from class 1s for screwing things up. If railroads follow the law to the letter, certain aspects of the mandated system could actually CAUSE collisions. But I'm making a fortune in overtime trying to install the mandated crap so I shouldn't complain.
