Yes, but the walkway on that San Lorenzo bridge is a three-way ownership by the Boardwalk, the UP and the city of Santa Cruz. There was an interesting effort by UP to remove it some years back and that is a whole other story unto itself which I and BRian Bergtold and John Bromley the former UP director of PR can recount among much hilarity.
I am really curious how this Sandy Lydon is pulling this off since he apparently has done it before without all this fanfare and hoo ha------------we would like to take the tour but have a schedule conflict problem. We are watching and reading all of this on both AP and TO with great interest!!
