Carol,thanks, a better example I should give is the Aptos Creek bridge, packed with quite a few 369(i) violators, mostly inebriated, during the annual Blues Festival at that park just north down the road, or the Capitola bridge during the Begonia thing with the floats below in Soquel Creek (which last year featured some losers chucking ballast rocks down onto some folks below) as prime opportunities, in the same place every year, for UP Police to take people to "jail."
But then again, it seems like some folks would turn a blind eye to busting those lucrative offenses when they could play snitch on Sandy's sober, senior-citizen students on a railroad history field trip that likely has some degree of legitimacy from the SCCRTC, if not UPRR.
