Yes, I'm sure we have probably crossed paths there. Don't get there near as often as I used to, but still enjoy the time spent there. In the early 2000s I would go occasionally on my lunch break from Camas, often chasing an overpowered consist westbound. From May 2000 through March 2004, I lived in Skamania with a view out the bathroom window of the east crossing. Often an eastbound would hold back of the crossing, waiting on a meet. My wife couldn't begin to count how many times I would race to that window at the sound of the next train's horn. She kept expecting me to trip over something and break a leg. Then there were the many evenings riding the bike to the crossing when either the Prindle or North Bonneville detectors would go off.
