Thanks, Pdx; I appreciate the help. And I do understand that probably in the reasonably near future a new Interstate 5 "twin" bridge is planned. From what I've seen in occasional Portland trips, the freeway in Portland south of the river is as much of a congestion problem as the current bridge and will need major upgrades too.
