I used Google maps here. Start at March Lane and I-5. Follow I-5 south about one mile to where it crosses Telegraph. Follow Telegraph east about three blocks and you can see an old right of way make a square turn south, toward the port. Follow Telegraph on east past University of the Pacific and pick up Essex. Essex will end at the WP about mp96.18.
