Thanks. Wish I had been taking rail pictures back then. I used to do a lot of diving in Monterey back then and would spot rail activity as I headed south with my Zodiac.
I remember seeing many M1 Abrams tanks being loaded on to flat cars at the balloon track during the first Gulf War.
