In the last election, the taxpayer, non-taxpayer and the taxpayer subsidized voters would not even vote for the higher tobacco tax, and will probably be in no mood to do so for the coersive taxes upcomming in the next election.

Governor Brown's son Jr. said the private investors are forthcomming. Hope so because very soon the interest payment on the debt alone is >$300 million/yr.

Months ago the last figure for money spent for just the PR that has been spewed out so far is $630 million (and no doubt climbing) for connected cronnies. Next will comes the real work: littigation, studies, bureauecratic red tape.

So for close to a Billion......
