Now in Oakland setting out about half its train, which will move later. Figured out around 2 o'clock.

I suppose that depends on how you figure it. The consist shows that not all of it will be delivered directly, or at one time, but will be taken in blocks from South San Francisco to the port by the "South City Switcher."
