Just wondering how everybody keeps private ownership, public ownership and 501-C-3 ownership stuff straight from an accounting/accountability stand point? If I donated a dollar to ORF or whatever it is called, how do I know it doesn't go towards the cost of restoring/operating a privately owned artifact at that facility?
