Wow, $40,000.00 per year just going into paying rent. Does the THA have the income to pay that kind of rent in the future? Is the Harbor District a government entity where there is a possibility of getting reduced or free rent in the future? If most of the THA's income goes into rent and utilites then it will prevent them from accomplishing any real preservation/restoration work. But it is good to hear that they have found a home for their equipment even if it ends up being tempoary.
