Oakland Terminal status?

Anybody know the situation regarding the OT (shut down, replaced by another operator, then not). I regularly see cars (sometimes 10-12) in the Wood St. yard, usually covered hoppers and flats loaded with steel plate. Is BNSF now switching these customers? How about the lumber transloader on the army base side?
