Indeed it is!

UP has designated the model as SD59MX. They are constructed by EMD from retired SD60M cores. UP has batches assigned to both Roseville and West Colton. They're typically used in hauler and local service in an attempt to keep them captive to areas where there are air quality issues, and the 9911 was recently used on a passenger special between Roseville and Oakland (likely because it was nice 'n shiny - clean enough to lick!).
