Those are all "3-hour tours" by car -- around 180 miles. So with a 200 mile range do they have to refuel on arrival in Redding/Fresno/etc. before returning to Roseville? Seems a bit odd considering the size of fuel tanks usually used even on light-medium duty locomotives. I understand that they want to keep the testers close to home, but ~500 miles on a tankful would seem more "normal." Would be interesting seeing one out at Aerojet switching Switzer ... where the locomotives can be longer than the train ...
