Old news...BK. The buyer of the ywrr stated that he has full knowledge of all the yreka problems and debts. He is sending 2000 tons of relay 90lb for the ywrr and is contracting with the current operator to relay all of the track. The steam loki is not in the ywrr deal and has not been owned by the railroad for several years.

As for the Oregon deal, it has no relationship with the ywrr, as it is a seperate deal under the hamond group.

No need to get the facts straight, as it makes better reading as rumors.
