The article clearly states that the passengers were crossing the tracks legally, and that there were no gates. Can anyone here verify that is truly the case? That there are no warnings or gates or fencing of any kind? I find that a little hard to believe, but I've never been there. It doesn't stand to reason that this alleged legal crossing would be set up to allow this to occur. Anyone?
