It actually is a part from GE, model HBK-8359

If you look closely and understood the part you can clearly see that it is part of a turbo/retro encabulator that had some side fumbling of the ambaphascient lunar wain shaft and caused it to fall off the device and strike the vehicle.

Turbo Encabulator

Since the turbo encabulator has been long discontinued, the newer model of the Retro encabulator is now likely as the culprit.
