How long will this last?

Real cool that there not hiring any local crew guys so far. Not even replying to e-mails or phone calls for months now. They send down some run down unit that looks like its going to fall apart any day now. This line needs A LOT of work! Some people don't think so but trust me I worked for this line before. I guess what I really want to say is not a good start at all. There making Sierra look good. I mean really? So how long do you all think there going to last down here? I'm thinking three years tops. I would love to see it finally work out but not to sure now...
