The Terry Av line (east of Coastal) was used to serve two customers up until May of 1995. They (BN's Job312) would run in the middle of the night to avoid confrontations with civilization. Occasionally if an auto was parked on the tracks they would summon a tow truck (I'd hear this on the scanner and go check it out). Bunge Foods (still there) at the very end of the Terry Av track almost at Denny Way was a steady customer, Champion Paper at Fairview and Valley was the other customer. They would use a caboose for the long shove moves required.

Much of the track was removed within the last ten years as the result of the south ship canal trail and the improvements they have made along Westlake Av. Now the South Lake Union Trolley and the transformation of the Cascade area will eliminate the rest of this fascinating history.
