Chuck, people who should know tell me the WURR RDC's would need only some minor work before being ready to go to work.
Hammond's caboose came in on a lowboy and took a crane to set on the track. I doubt it's going anywhere soon.
This should be interesting to watch play out. Did Hammond sell the YW?
