I spent 40 years in the office furniture business and furniture of that vintage looks alike from any number of manufacturers, Steelcase, General Fireproofing, Allsteel, Harter, etc. I would doubt SP would have ordered plain naugahyde or vinyl chairs besides that, vinyl upholstery that old would not look that good.

Somebody is looking for a sucker.
