Yeah, I get that part. But of course, Railex doesn't have a public right to the tracks the way they would to highways or waterways - UP/CSX are the sole proprietors, and as such can pull the rug out from under Railex at the next round of negotiations. You would think Railex would want to give the rail horsepower providers a little love, don't ya think?
