The St. Charles (dark green) Streetcars were the least damaged because their home, the Carrollton Car Barn, was in only 3 feet of water limiting damage to mainly traction motors. I drove around this barn and there were no overhead wires on the south side of the barn, taken down I assume. The overhead on the north side of the barn looks to be in fine shape. Note the cars are stored north/south in the barn.
