I believe the Titty City in Wilmington was used in the movie To Live and Die in L.A.. I'm thinking of the scene after the Secret Service agents bungee jump off the Vincent Thomas bridge, then go to a bar with tractor seat bar stools at an outdoor patio.
BTW, I believe the Colton version of Titty City was actually SFe RR Timetable West of West Colton, located along old OLD U.S. Hwy. 91, now a city street.
